Detailed information

TEAK WALL LAMP with Le Klint shade – 1970s Scandinavian ‘sax lamp’ with original vintage Le Klint shade included, all in very good vintage condition.

A charming and versatile wall light, made in teak with brass rimmed holes for the cord to go through and an original vintage Le Klint shade (a diameter of 14.6″/37 cm). The movable joints and the narrow wall mounting plate gives way for easily changing the position of the shade – by softly pulling the teak frame forward or to the sides for a longer reach, or by gently squeezing the frame back towards the mounting plate to take up as little space as possible.

The off-white pleated plastic Le Klint shade adds style and emphasizes the Danish mid century expression. When lit, the shade turns almost yellowish in the tone, emitting a soft cozy illumination. The warm teak and the elegantly shade would be for perfect for setting a cozy mood in a sitting area, or near your favorite reading area.

1970s Scandinavian teak scissor-lamp with shade included.

All original including 1,5 m (4′ 11.1″) plastic cord fitted with Euro style two-pin plug – which is easily changed to your specific plug. On/off switch is placed on the bulb socket. Tested and fully functional. Cleaned, labeled and packed in protective bag.
