NO. 1203/3 ceramic table lamp by Soholm in the 1970s – intriguing turquoise lamp-stand with white pleated plastic shade included, in excellent vintage condition.
This is a beautiful ceramic lamp-stand with alluring decoration on the oval shaped body. The body and the narrowing neck are glazed with a delicate glossy turquoise color with light green rims, while the base is kept unglazed. The body features three buds, almost resembling flowers, with a crescent leaf on each side – this decoration is echoed on the opposite side of the body.
The buds and leaves are glazed with a beautiful mix of green and brown colors, making the decoration pop and add lots of charm and personality. The white pleated plastic shade, shown in the photos, is included and let the lamp-stand capture all the attention.
With its gorgeous turquoise and green coloring, unusual shape and the classic white pleated shade, this table lamp would look amazing on a nightstand or on a lamp table near a corner in the living room.
