Detailed information

COPPER lacquered lamp by Lyskaer (presumed) in the 1970s – charming Danish vintage copper lacquered hanging lamp with plastic flowers and diffuser in very good vintage condition.

A large copper lacquered lamp comprised of a circular shade with an almost trumpet-like shape and a teak piece towards the top. Along the broad rim of the shade, it features charming clear plastic flowers to give way for light to emitted through. Inside it is covered with white inner coating for optimal reflection of the light.

When lit, the plastic flowers glow like small suns, providing some light directed to the sides, while the plastic diffuser towards the bottom ensures that the downwards directed light is protected from direct glare. This makes it perfect for a dining table setting or a kitchen table. It could also be a beautiful addition to a sitting area with its soft illumination outwards and pleasant downward directed light.

All original parts, but rewired with 2 m (6′ 7″) high end quality, white fabric cord – for safety and beauty. Tested and fully functional. Cleaned, labeled and packed in protective bag.
