TEAK WINE COOLER
Teak wine cooler or flower stand by unknown producer. Beautiful vintage copper bound teak barrel with three legs from the 1960s
TEAK WINE COOLER or flower stand from the 1960s by unknown Danish producer – beautiful vintage teak wine cooler or flower stand with three legs and two copper bands, all in very good vintage condition.
This piece is comprised of a copper bound teak barrel, slightly cone shaped with a sleek thin rim along the top and an extra removable bottom inside. The barrel is placed in between three legs, slightly angled to fit the shape of the barrel, but spreads out as they reach the floor to give better stability. Underneath stamped with a hardly readable producer mark, which is unknown to us.
The angled legs, the decorative barrel and the sleek thin rim at the top gives this wine cooler or flower stand a stylish expression – perfect for a mid century modern decor. The removable bottom inside the bowl offers greater projection from moist.
A beautiful piece that would be a great showpiece in a bar area used as vintage teak wine cooler or in the living room used as a decorative flower stand.
Cleaned, treated with oil and packed in protective bag.
