Detailed information

LAZY SUSAN, No. 808 produced by Digsmed in the 1960s – gorgeous light-wood serving tray or platter, complete with 8 smokey glass bowls – in very good vintage condition.

A low two-tier light-wood lazy Susan with soft rounded edges and eight carved rooms, perfect fit for eight smokey glass bowls with smart handles. A slightly smaller base underneath and a smaller plate on top remains stationary, while the middle plate rotates. The wheel bearing is placed between the base and the movable plate, and works smoothly despite of having a faint noise.

This large mid century modern light-wood lazy Susan would be a great piece for serving anything from dips and chips to a large feast with different sauces and bread, biscuits or the likes on the top plate.

Underneath the base hallmarked with the Digsmed logo and numbered 808. There is not a logo on the glasses, but we known that Digsmed collaborated with Holmegaard in producing the glass parts.

Cleaned, oil-treated and packed in protective bag.
