About the design

This P 36 C3 pendant is designed by Werner Schou, and produced by Coronell in the early 1970s.

A circular pendant light, comprised of rectangular pressed glass and rosewood pieces, separated by narrow brass pieces and held in place by a black top plate and a black bottom ring. A beautiful combination of materials, which gives this pendant a true 1970s feel.

When lit, the pressed glass with their faceted ornamentation soften and diffuse the light, while the open bottom ensure a direct flow of light downwards. The dark rosewood with faceted edges and the shiny brass ensures a warm expression.

Originally designed in the early 1970s by Werner Schou, the sole owner of Coronell (the producer of this pendant), and made in four different styles; copper, copper/rosewood, brass and brass/rosewood.
